Continuous Improvement Engineer

岗位职责：- Workwithdepartmentstoidentifynewprocessimprovementopportunitiesintheareasofquality,cost,performance.- Evaluateandanalyzecurrentprocessmetrics(yield,cycletime,defects,materialflow,etc.)andperformancetoidentifyareasrequiringimprovement.- Analyzeandidentifyopportunitiestoreduceprocessvariation,improveprocesscapabilitiesandoptimizeprocessperformance(KAIZEN)- WorkwithPEtocreateandanalyzemanufacturingprocessandcycletimeofnewproduct.- Developprocessimprovementinitiativestoincreaseoperationalefficiencyandproductivity.- Facilitatethedeploymentofnewandchangedprocessestoprovideimprovedresults- Driveimprovementinmanufacturingefficiencybyutilizingcontinuousimprovementtoolsandtechniques.Cycletimeanalysis,Linebalancing,LineEfficiencycalculationandOEEcalculation.- ApplyLeanManufacturing&SixSigmaToolsandmethodologythroughoutthemanufacturingprocessandfacility.- Drivesthestandardizationofprocessesandimplementationofmatricesandbestpractices- WorkwithQuality,ProductionEngineering,Production&R&Dtodeliverarobustandcost-effectiveendtoendprocess.- WorktogetherwithdesignteamtodevelopDFM.- Identifyandimplementnewtechnologies&Automation,specificationofrequirements,CAPEXjustification,planningandimplementation.核心技能：ExperienceinLeanManufacturingmethodology(GEMBA)andminimumaGreenBelt- Aminimumof5years’experienceworkinginamanufacturing/productionenvironmentintheareaofLEAN,processengineeringorIndustrialEngineering.- AdegreeinManufacturingEngineering,ProcessEngineering,IndustrialEngineeringorrelateddisciplineishighlydesirable.- Soundknowledgeofmodernmanufacturingmethodologiesandsystemsplanning.- Cross-functionalbusinessteamenvironmentexperiencepreferred- Provenabilitytoself-manageanddeliverontimetobudget.- Excellentinter-personalskillstobuildrelationshipinternallyandexternally.- Reliableandflexibleintheirapproach其他要求：CanspeakandwriteEnglish/会说和写英语- ProficientinMSOfficesoftware/精通MSOffice软件- ProficientatCAD(linelayouttools)- Goodatreportingdeliverablesofprojects.
