1. 为已分配的新项目范围编制文档Documentscopeofallocatednewprojects.2. 确定相关执行该指定项目所需的主要干系人和资源Identifyrelatedkeystakeholdersandrequiredresourcestoexecuteassignedprojects.3. 记录项目目标和预期结果Documentprojectobjectivesandexpectedoutcomes.4. 创建和沟通项目计划，跟踪行动事项和相关的时间表Createandcommunicateprojectplan,trackactionitemandassociatedtimeline5. 当项目的时间表不能满足客户的需求时，与管理层、项目组成员一起寻找解决方案，使项目进程能够保持正常以满足客户的需求Whenaprojecttimelinedoesnotmeetcustomerrequirementsworkcollaborativelywithmanagementandcoreteamtofindthesolutionsthatenableprojecttostayontrackandmeetcustomerneeds.6. 主导项目启动会议及定期沟通会议,分配团队成员的行动，并协调所需资源直至行动完成Takeleadprojectkick-offandregularcommunicationmeetings,assignteammember’sactions,coordinateresourceasrequiredtillactionclosed.7. 参与业务流程改善活动，优化当前流程Participateinbusinessprocessimprovementactivitiestooptimizeexistingprocess.8. 密切监控关键行动，主动把问题升级到管理层，消除项目障碍以达到项目里程碑Closelymonitorcriticalactionsandescalateissuesproactivelytomanagementforremovalofprojectbarrierstomeetmilestone.9. 提前识别和沟通潜在问题，通过风险评估制定应急计划Identifyandcommunicatepotentialproblemsinadvanceandestablishcontingencyplansbaseonriskassessments.10. 及时有效地解决项目问题,确保在约定的时间内完成指定的工作Worktoresolveprojectproblemspromptlyandefficientlytoensurecompleteassignedactionswithinalignedtimescales.11. 根据新产品开发程序按阶段维护与项目相关的文档，确保满足新产品开发流程指定的合规要求MaintaindocumentsassociatedwithprojectaccordingtoNewProductDevelopmentprocedurephasegateprocess,ensuretomeetthecompliancerequirementsoftheNewProductDevelopmentprocedureasspecified.12. 验证“转生产准备评审”的完整性，将项目移交给生产并执行，收集反馈创建项目经验内部分享VerifycompletenessofManufacturingReadinessReview,transferprojecttoproductionandperform,collectfeedbacktocreateprojectlessonlearninternally.职位要求QUALIFICATIONS1. 本科及以上学历，工科类、经管类、商务英语类等相关专业Bachelor'sdegreeorabovewithmajorinEngineering,BusinessManagement,BusinessEnglishetc.2. 五年以上的项目管理工作经验，有医疗线束相关行业工作经验者优先Atleast5yearsprojectmanagementexperience,medicalcablerelatedindustriesarepreferred.3. 理解并习惯于在多元文化环境下与全球的职能团队工作，与跨部门团队一起达到里程碑Understandingandusedtoworkwithglobalfunctionalteaminmulti-cultureenvironment,workwithcrossfunctionteamtomeetmilestone.4. 具备优秀的项目管理知识-计划、组织、主导、监督，有PMP证书优先考虑ExcellentknowledgeofprojectmanagementinprojectPlanning,Organizing,Leading,Monitoring.PMPcertificatepreferredbutnotrequired.5. 具备良好的沟通能力,积极主动的团队协作精神Goodteamcommunicationskills,proactiveandcooperativespirit.6. 较好的理解客户规格书，合规，项目历史文件记录以及变更管理Goodunderstandingofcustomerspecification,compliance,projectDHFaswellaschangemanagement.7. 有效地使用微软办公软件(Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Project等)制定全面的项目计划EffectiveuseMSOffice(Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Projectetc.)todevelopcomprehensiveprojectsschedule.8. 流利的英语口头及书面沟通技巧
