SourcingManagerPrimaryDutiesandResponsibilities:1、DevelopsuppliernetworkinAsiatosupportoperationneedsofOateyglobalfootprints.2、Identifycostreductionopportunitiesandthenformalizetotheprojecttoachievecostsavinggoals.3、Monitor,audit,andreportperformanceofassignedsuppliers;providefeedbacktosuppliersusingformalreviewproceduresandensurethatsupplierperformanceissuesarequicklyaddressed.4、Participateoncross-functionalteamstofacilitateSourcinginitiatives.5、Monitorcommoditycoststhataffectmaterialpricesandassurethatrelatedcostchanges,especiallysavings,areidentified.6、OtherdutiesasassignedbylineManager.NecessaryExperience:1、Bachelor’sDegree(BSinSupplyChainorEngineering)plusadditionaltraininginrelatedcoursesofstudy(e.g.ISO9001,QualityAssurance,LeanManufacturing,etc.)2、MinimumofthreeyearsofexperienceinaPurchasingorSourcingorganization;preferexperiencewithorbackgroundinrawmaterialsuchasmetalsorplastics,orfinishedgoodssuchascastings,forgingsandplasticmoldedproducts;PlumbingorFaucetindustrybackgroundispreferred.3、Formalprocurementtrainingand/orCPMcertificationisdesirable4、Mustpossessstrongcommunicationsskills,bothverbalandwritten;mustbefluentinMandarinandEnglish,bothwrittenandconversational5、Excellentinterpersonalskillsincluding:listening,coaching,diplomacy,conflictresolution6、PCliterateinMicrosoftOfficepackagesincludingWord,Excel&PowerPoint.WorkingknowledgeofMRPorERPsystems7、Willingnessandcapabilitytotravelmorethan25%ofthetime【联系我时，请说是在 【聊聘】 上看到的，谢谢！】
