DUTY 工作职责：All purchases from vendors 负责从供应商处采购SKILLS 技能要求：1. English and Chinese skills 能够阅读中文及英文2. Able to control multiple tasks 可同时进行多项任务3. Good organization skills 优秀的工作组织能力4. In charge of contactiog factory & vendors 负责同工厂及供应商联系2. Places and follows orders to produce 下订单并且跟踪订单情况3. Ensure purchasing procedure 遵循采购流程DETAILS 具体工作内容 :1. Study order request from Account Manager 同客户专员了解订单详情2. Define contents of query with Product Manager 同产品经理定义询价内容3. Inquire vendors 询问不同供应商4. Make comparative table of offers 制作比价表格5. Negotiates price, terms and lead-time 商谈价格、付款条件及交期6. Issues Purchase Order to vendor 出具采购订单给供应商7. Ensure timing for sampling according to specifications 确认样品按规格单制作并且确认打样时间8. Release production start 批准大货生产9. Plan schedule for QC inspection QC location 计划质检日程及质检地点10. Release production for shipment 批准产品发货11. Coordinates packing with logistics 按物流要求监督包装12. Receives supplier's invoice 接收供应商发票13. Ensure QC reports and production samples are received 确保质检报告及大货样及时收到14. Release shipping documenst or telex release to client 提供发货资料给客人15.
