Job Duties (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.):1. Complete BMS software development and debugging based on ST, Microchip and other series of microcontrollers according to product requirements, and improve BMS strategies and algorithms.2. Create and develop Software documents according customer and marketing information.3. Responsible for optimizing the software.4. Committed software releases with high-quality code by deadline.5. Output complete and clear Software documents.6. Optimized software with better architecture, less RAM and ROM usage.Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:1. Master C/C++ programming, able to develop embedded and application software using C/C++, good coding style and code debugging ability.2. Proficient in using at least one IDE software to code and debug, such as Keil, MDK, IAR, etc.3. Good knowledge of CAN, RS232/485, Modbus, SPI, IIC and other communication protocol.4. Good knowledge of BMS is preferred.5. Good knowledge of RTOS and bootloader is preferred.6. Familiar with embedded hardware.7. Competent in writing Software documents in English.8. Good communication ability to work effectively within a global team.Education Requirements (Degree and/or additional relevant training):1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic/automation, etc.2. CET 4 or above.
