品质工程师（PQE+CQE）

职责描述：1.MonitoringandfacilitatingriskassessmentduringthewholeNPIprocess.2.MakingavailableauditreportstosupporttheStageGateReviewProcess3.Followupofcustomerrequirementsbyanalyzing,anddefiningtheCTQ's(criticaltheQualitycharacteristics)togetherwiththeengineers,makingsuretheseareaddressedintheproductandprocessdevelopmentaswellasinproduction.4.ThecreationofaconceptControlPlanandtheplanningoftherequiredinspectiontools,gauges,etc.AlsoreviewingthequalityinspectionplanspreparedbyQ-operationsaswellasrequestingandanalyzingGR&Rstudies.5.Beinginvolvedinreleasesofproductsandtools,internallyandexternally.6.Supportingtheproduct/processreleasestowardsthecustomer(incaseofcustomer-specificproduct)(e.g.PPAP),7.Suitablesupportinthepre-productionphase,incl.theNPIProcess.8.Followupofimprovementactionplanswithmanufacturingsitesorsuppliers9.CustomercomplaintandRMAimprove任职要求：1.5yearsexperienceasaQualityEngineerwithamanufacturingorganizationorproductdevelopment.Productdevelopmentexperienceispreferred.（experienceasaQualityEngineerforRFconnectorexperience）2.ExperiencewithMinitaborsimilarstatisticalanalysissoftware.3.Demonstratedabilitytoorganizeandprioritizetasksandbeflexibleenoughtohandlemultiplehighprofiledevelopmentprojects.
4.Abilitytotakeinitiativeandmaintaingoodwrittenandoralcommunicationinaninternationalteamenvironment.
