JobRequirements:1.Collegeorabove,majorinelectronicengineering,MCUsoftwaredevelopment;2.3+yearsofexperienceinelectronicToys,Consumer,Appliance,FMCG,electronicdesignandmanufacturing.3.FamiliarwithHouseholdproduct,personalcareproduct,designstandards,safetystandards.4.GoodatEnglishwritingskill,abletospeakEnglishwouldbebetter.JobResponsibilities:1.Implementtodesigntheelectroniccircuit,drawingouttheschematic,achievetoelectronicfunctionofnewproduct.2.ImplementtodesignthePCB,drawingoutthePCBlayoutachievetoOUTPUTPCBboardofnewproduct.3.AccordverifyandtestforthenewPCBA,iftheremeettherequestofelectronicfunctionandrelationalstandard.4.ImplementtobuildtheBOMforelectroniccomponents,supportCOSTteamofquotetheprice.5.Alignedwithmechanicalteam,designtheoutlineofthenewPCBboard.6.Followupontheengineeringsample,engineeringproduction,finalengineeringproductionstepforthenewproduct,solvethefailureforelectronicissue.7.Receiveandunderstandtherequestofelectronicfunctionandrelationalstandard,prepareFMEAforelectronicfunctionofproducts.8.Ifnecessary,alignedwithelectroniccomponentsandPCBAsupplier,reachtomeetcostandsmoothlyOUTPTPCBA.9.Cooperatewithandimplementthecompany’sleanproductionrequirementsandpolicies.
10.FamiliarwithandstrictlyabideHAYCOqualitypolicy,EHSpolicies,C-TPAT,AEOStandards,GMPetc.andrelatedimplementationrequirement.
