EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:· Followupdailyprioritiesassignedby SeniorDirectorofSourcingandProductDevelopment· Coordinateassignedprojectmanagementactivities,resources,equipmentandinformation· Providinginformationandadministrativesupportwhereneeded· Preparingnecessarypresentationmaterialsformeetings• Beingpointofcontactforvariousworkinggroups· Liaisewithteammembers toidentifyanddefinerequirements,scopeandobjectivesofassignedprojects· Coordinatewithinternalteamsandassistwithprojectschedulemanagement· Breakprojectsintodoableactionsandsettimeframes· Ensurethatclients’needsaremetasprojectsevolve· ActasdirectpointofcontactforHRandAccountingneedsofteammembers· Monitorpriorityprogressandhandleanyissuesthatarise· Actasthepointofcontactandcommunicateprioritiestoallparticipants· Workwiththeteammanagerstoeliminateroadblocks.· Development,organization,andmaintenanceofSOPs· Wherenecessary,followupwithexternal3rdpartyproviders(Example:testinglabs,photostudios,printers)· Wherenecessary,issueallappropriatelegalpaperwork(Example:contracts,termsofagreement)· Createandmaintaincomprehensiveprojectdocumentation,plansandreports· Wherenecessary,ensurestandardsandrequirementsaremetthroughcoordinatingqualityassurancetests· Assistintrainingofteammemberswhererequired.RequiredSkills:· EnglishproficiencyofBand6orabove.· AtleastThree(3)yearsofrelatedworkexperience inAsia• Solidorganizationalskills,includingmultitaskingandtime-management• Experienceinprojectmanagement,fromconceptiontodelivery· Superiorpeople,oral/written/listeningcommunicationskills· Problemsolvingandanalyticalskills· Strongattentiontodetail· Proactive attitude· Excellentorganizationalandtimemanagementskills· Abilitytoworkinateam,aswellasindependently· FocusedandPositiveattitude· Abilitytoworkinafast-paced,busyenvironment.· StrongcomputerskillsandproficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeSuiteprograms
