General概述Followtheorderfromorderreceivingtogoodsdelivery.Cooperatewithotherdepartmenttosolvetheproblems.Completetheorderunderthedirectionofsupervisor.SpecificResponsibilities工作职责：01、Handlearangeofprogrammanagementservicesforcustomers.02、Handleandcoordinateordersfromitemquotationtocustomers,samplearrangement,customerPOmanagement(fromPOreceipttoshipment),shipmentinstructionrelease,customersrequiredtesting,inspectionarrangements,andcustomerservice.03、Overseedirectimportorintracompanyorderfulfillmentandrespondfororderrelatedissue.04、Communicatewithbuyers/buyingoffices,promptlyrespondtoqueries,andensurepromisesarekept,reviewKPI,maintainandexpandrelationshipwithexistingcustomers.05、Communicatewithsalesmanagersand/orbuyers/buyingofficesandinternaldepartmentsforontimeorderconfirmationandontimeshipmentdeliveries.06、Actasafocalpointforthecustomerandcoordinateproblemresolutionwithinternaldepartments.07、ProvidenecessarysupportforSalesrelatedactivitiessuchasduringtheToyShow.08、Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiativesasdirectedbythesupervisor.09、Provide/updatecustomersimportordersshippingrequirementswithinternaldepartmentsandfactoriesforensuringcompliancewithretailers’requirementsattheminimallevel.10、Performad-hocprojectasassigned.RequiredQualifications&Experience任职及经验要求：01、Collegedegreeorabove.02、Atleast5years'relevantworkexperienceinHardToysofTrading/BuyingOfficeorEMS/FMCGindustry.03、Experienceinmanagingaccountsandrelationshipsformultipleclients.04、ExcellentcommandofwrittenandspokenEnglish&Chinese/Mandarin.05、Effectivepresentationandcommunicationskills.06、Self-motivated,independent,goodinterpersonalskillandservice-oriented.
07、Goodcomputerknowledge;experienceinSAPR/3systemorERPsystempreferred.
