SpecificResponsibilities工作职责• SupportandgrowourActivities(ArtandCraft)business.• ToworkwithvendorsandHeadquarterontheproductdesigntohitthetargetcost.• Handletheconsignedmaterialandspecialcomponentssourcingandcostnegotiation.• Assistsourcing,MOQandcostnegotiationonnewmaterial.• Providetechnicalsupportanddebugasneeded.• Providesupporttotheinternalgrouponanyproductionoutputissuesandmaterialauthorizationreview.• Monitorthescheduleandon-sitesupportfromdevelopmentstarttoOBS.• ProvidemanufacturingsupportasneededafterProductionStart.• Performadhocassignmentsasrequested.RequiredSkillSet工作技能要求• Keeneyesondesignandaesthetics;• Abletotransformvisionintoclearstrategy,goalandobjectives;• Familiarwithlicensedproductprocessandapproval;• Abletoworkfromconceptdrawingthroughdevelopmentuntilproduction;• Possessessuperiorproblemsolvingskills,andindependentdecisionmakingabilities,allwhileoperatinginanextremelydemanding,fast-pacedteamsetting;• Hasknowledgeinthetoysindustrystandardsfordifferentcountries;• Chemicalknowledgeisanadvantagebutnotmust.Thekeyrequirementisonthemechanicalknowledge,projectmanagementskillset,productdevelopmentandpeoplemanagementexperience;• CommunicationsskillsinbothEnglishandMandarin.RequiredQualifications&Experience任职资格及经验要求• MasterDegreeorBachelorDegreeinEngineeringorrelateddiscipline;• Atleast5years’experienceinthe(Hardtoys)industry;• Multi-nationalcompanyexperienceisamust;• Hasknowledgeinthe(Hardtoys)industrystandardsfordifferentcountries;
• AbletomakefrequenttripstoVietnam/Indiaasrequired.
