JobDescription:1.FullysupportProcessmanagertoimplementERPandlaborcontrolsystembyorganizingdata,organizingtheprocessflow,defininganalysisandstatistics,attendingthetrainingwithsupplierandtrainproductionoperatorsonthesystemusage.Supportallstepsofsoftwaredesignandimplementation2.FullysupportProcessmanagertooptimizetheequipment,processandmaterialconsumptiontoimproveproductionefficiencyandreducecost3.WorkingcloselywithCIManagerandsiteManagementteam,toinfluenceallotherfunctionson-sitetoembedandsustaincontinuousimprovementtechniques4.Participateinmanufacturingtrialsrunningandresultsanalysis5.OtherjobsassignedbyimmediatesupervisorRequirements:1.Bachelordegree,majorinEngineering,Statisticsorrelated2.SufficientknowledgeofcommonMSOfficeapplications(Word,OutlookandPPT)indailywork3.GoodExcelskills4.Dedicated,hardworking,responsible,detailminded,creative5.GoodMandarinandEnglish,bothinverbalandwritten6.Canworkatleast3-4daysperweek,lastingforaconsecutive6monthsisaplus工作职责：1.全力支持工艺流程经理建立并推进ERP项目和人工控制系统，在项目的全部阶段协助并完成系统的建立和落地。同时利用自身技能完成处理系统数据，整理工艺流程，对数据结果进行统计分析，并且能够协助供应商共同负责培训生产操作工人在系统落地后完成相关的技能培训。2.全力支持工艺流程经理通过优化机械、优化工艺流程以及做到物料损耗控制来提高生产效率和成本节约。3.配合CI经理与管理团队协助工厂所有其他职能部门完成可持续性优化策略。4.参与生产试验并给出试验结果统计分析5.完成上级主管提出的其他工作要求要求：1.本科学历以上，工程、统计专业以及相关专业2.熟练各项Microsoft应用软件（Word、Outlook以及PPT）3.熟练并利用Excel完成各种数据统计任务4.勤奋、努力、负责人、细心和富有创造心5.流利的普通话和英语，具有流利的英文语法以及英文书写能力6.至少一周工作3-4天，持续6个月为佳
