OVERVIEWOFTHEROLEReportingtotheAsiaManufacturingManager,theprojectmanager/leaderroleisakeyroleinBOAorganization.YourprimaryresponsibilitieswillbeworkingwithinternalandexternalpartiesondrivingsustainabilityinitiativesmovingforwardtoensureweareontracktobothshortandlongtermKPItargets.YourworkingscopewillincludebutnotlimittorecycleorrenewablesourcedmaterialprojectscooperatingwithUSPDteam,driveandreportouttheprogressonproductionwastereduction,regrindproduction,packagingimprovementandleadtheresearch/studyonmarketnewsustainablematerials,supportusonbuildingupsustainabilityroadmapwithdifferentvendors.Youwillworkcloselywithourproductengineersandvendorstoensuresamepageunderstandingonactiveandplannedprojectsandimpactanalysis,actingasakeyleadertodrivecrossfunctionalalignment.CORERESPONSIBILITIES• Workwithmainvendorstoensureallmanufacturingsustainabilityprojectsmoveforwardwithprogress,thinkofeffectivewaysonissueresolutiontohelpachieveBOAKPItargets.• WellconnectwithmaterialvendorstoensureBOAhasfreshinformationonmarketavailablesustainablematerials• Deepdiveintowastecategoriesanddriveforcircularmodelincustomer/supplierpackagingmaterialsandrawmaterials,contributetothesustainabilitytarget.• Analysisenergyconsumption,identifygapandopportunities,thenleadimprovementprojectsonBOAinternalsustainablyprojectstohelpbuilduptheculture.• Monitormanufacturingandsustainabilitymetricsandreportouttomanagementforvisibility.• SupportUSproductengineers’sustainabilityprojectanalysisacrosscrossfunctionalteamandensurecorrectimplementationREQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS• UniversitydegreemajorinManufacturing,Material,EnvironmentorSustainabilityrelevantfields• 5years’practicalexperienceinEHSorsustainabilityrelevantworkandatleast1-2years’experienceinmaterialindustry• Provenexperiencedinmanufacturingofplasticandstrongknowledgeonsustainabilityandgreenmaterials• ExcellentcommunicationskillsinEnglishwriting,reading,andspeaking• Demonstrateanalyticalandproblem-solvingskillsincludingdataanalysisandstatistics.• Aproactiveandcan-doattitude• UnderstandingonHiggIndexwillbeanadvantageDESIREDQUALIFICATIONS• KnowledgeofProjectManagementPHSYICALCONSIDERATIONSFORTHEROLEThefollowingconsiderationsapplytothisrole:?Regularlyworksinanoffice-basedenvironmentthatismostlycomprisedofsitting,anduseofstandardofficeequipment?Regularlyworksonproduction-relatedactivitiesthataremostlycomprisedofsittingbutrequirefrequentuseofhands,machinery,andstandardofficeequipment
